Late last year we were given a tour of the sustainable rainbow trout farm owned by @chalk_stream in Hampshire.

The world famous spring-fed chalk streamed River Test feeds this farm and is a haven to these incredible fish, making them rich and lean beautifully flavoured.

The team at Chalk Stream Foods supply their fresh and smoked rainbow trout to top chefs, events, fine fish counters and now direct to our homes!
